“Louise’s Cakes are incredible!! For my sisters wedding we’d sent some ideas of the type of (classic!) dinosaur cake 🦕🌸 she might like to have, we’d only given a tiny bit of direction and Louise produced exactly what we had imagined and beyond! The attention to detail was insane, right down to the tiny white chocolate dinosaurs that were hidden in the design 😍 She had thought of everything! Not only was the design gorgeous and elegant for the wedding but it was absolutely delicious. I was not expecting so many tasty intricate layers of lemony sponge, the lemon curd just oozed out as we cut each slice and it stayed moist for days (not that is lasted very long because people demolished it!). 
In addition to this Louise also created dinosaur egg, cake pops which looked and tasted amazing! They brought a real playful element to the cake table which the kids loved.
In terms of service, Louise was the most helpful person to be in contact with when trying to plan and prepare for a wedding, nothing was too much to ask! We corresponded over email regarding the cake designs and on the day she just arrived at the venue to set it up with absolutely no fuss. I would highly recommend Louise’s cakes and I am certain my friends and family will be making an orderly queue with their cake orders!!
