Payment & Deposits
Payment can be made via BACS or Paypal. For orders under £50 full payment must be received to confirm your order. For orders over £50 a 25% deposit is required to confirm your order and full payment is required within a full week of the order date.
For Wedding cakes a £50 deposit is required to secure your Wedding date and full payment is required at least 2 weeks prior to the date.
All deposits are non refundable. We cannot refund any of the cost of any cake orders cancelled with less than 2 week’s notice. Orders paid in full and cancelled with more than 2 weeks notice will receive a partial refund of 50% of the total amount paid.
Food Allergy Disclaimer
The Louise’s Cake Kitchen is not an allergy free kitchen. Therefor we cannot guarantee that products are free from ingredients that may affect those with food allergies. Please inform of any dietary requirements or food allergies when placing your order and every care will be taken to meet your requirements. The following ingredients are used in the Louise’s Cakes Kitchen- Nuts, Wheat/Gluten, Soy, Milk/Dairy, Eggs.
Travelling With Cakes
All cakes are available for collection from Woodseats S8. Please don’t place your cake on the seat of the car- seats are slanted and it can cause damage. Place the cake if possible in the foot well of the passenger seat or on a non slip matt in the boot of the car. Louise’s Cakes cannot accept any responsibility for damage caused during the transportation...Please drive extra carefully!
